TVW and the Office of the Secretary of State present the 2009 Washington State Video Voters' Guide. The guide features statements in .

The Guide will air on TVW beginning July 7th. The primary edition Guide will air until the August 19th Washington State "Top Two" Primary; the general election edition Guide, which reflects the results of the "Top Two" Primary, will air through the Nov. 4th general election.
