Watch TVW tomorrow morning at 9:30 for a live press conference, where Lt. Gov. Brad Owen, Department of Transportation Secretary Paula Hammond, Washington State Patrol Deputy Chief Paul Buckley, Washington National Guard Assistant Adjutant Gen. Gordon Toney and other officials will discuss the state’s flood recover efforts.
