WASL reform on the way?

Their recommendations mirror some of what Superintendent of Public Instruction Randy Dorn has alluded to. He’ll release his own plan tomorrow at 10 a.m. Mainly both groups say: Tests need to be cheaper, diagnostic and easier to understand.
