Home buyer’s warranty bill up this morning

On the agenda for the Senate this morning: The home buyer warranty bill.

The controversial bill to create a warranty for buyers of new homes (or those who’ve had extensive remodeling work) has been on the calendar before and taken off.

If it clears the Senate, it still must pass through the House, where it has died in previous sessions.
