Rich Roesler has a good run-down of what initiatives have a chance of making the November ballot — and which ones are dead. Read the whole thing here.

A short synopsis: Initiative 1043 is done — petitions were due Thursday. That would have required proof of U.S. citizenship for licenses and some other services. Referendum 71 — to repeal domestic partnership benefits — is still on the table. Supporters have until July 25 to gather signatures. And Tim Eyman’s Initiative 1033 — which seeks to limit property tax — is, according to Eyman, on schedule: He and others turned in signatures last week, though they need to be verified.
