Sen. Dale Brandland just announced he’s retiring

Sen. Dale Brandland just took a point of personal privilege on the floor and announced that he’s retiring.

In his brief announcement, he thanked the Senate and said he’s met many friends while there. He said he made the decision a couple of weeks ago while home for the weekend, watching the sun rise over Mt. Baker.
