TVW would like to thank the Washington Refuse & Recycling Association for its support of the Jeannette C. Hayner Media Center.






WRRA represents Washington's diverse and multifaceted solid waste handling industry, providing its members with general legal support, educational seminars, workshops, and representation before regulatory agencies and the Legislature.

Teddy Bear Program.

WRRA landfill members operate state-of-the-art, lined landfills.

State-of-the-art trucks and equipment are being implemented all the time.



 Through recycling WRRA members have saved 12,227,926 trees and 1,444,461,940 gallons of fuel.


 Recycling yards are helping to take materials out of the waste stream and save them from the landfill.


 WRRA supports and maintains the nation's most sustainable collection system.
