UW Medicine Behavioral Health Teaching Facility Groundbreaking

The University of Washington School of Medicine holds a groundbreaking ceremony for its new Behavioral Health Teaching Facility, located at UW Medical Center – Northwest in Seattle. At the groundbreaking: Gov. Jay Inslee; Cynthia Hecker, UW Medical Center CEO; Ana Mari Cauce, University of Washington president; Rep. Frank Chopp; Sen. David Frockt; Larry Brown, president of the Washington State Labor Council, AFL-CIO; Rogelio Riojas, vice chair of UW Medical Center’s Board and chair of UW Board of Regents; Dr. Jürgen Unützer, chair of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at UW Medicine.
